Rare King Edward VII 1901 Gold Gilt Sterling silver boxed coronation Spoon.

The spoon was made by highly collectable silversmith John & William Deakin of Sheffield. to the reverse full set of English sterling silver hallmarks to be found. The gilt is in a good finishing with much remaining, the box in which this housed Facsimile Coronation Spoon used at the anointing Edward VII 1902 and Alexandra, Sterling Silver Hallmarked.
