Offering an antique sterling silver buckle by William Kerr, Newark NJ. Circa 1890’s. This adorable Art Nouveau buckle features a woman seemingly wishing and hoping for romance when she is approached by a winged cherub offering her a heart. A very unusual and desirable antique buckle. The buckle has its original belt loops and hook. Signed, Kerr, Sterling, 2149. No Monogram. Measuring: 3 7/8” Wide. 1 3/8” Tall. The condition is Excellent. The patina is wonderful.
