Rare Antique George III Cuban Mahogany & Brass Oyster Bucket C.1815

A fine and rare example of a George III Oyster bucket. Constructed of Cuban Mahogany staves bound by five brass bands. The bucket does not have a bottom to allow condensation generated from ice to run away and prevent the bucket from rot.
