This is a really adorable and rather unusual sewing needle case. This date to circa 1900 and is unusual in that it holds different sorted sizes of needles. The top turns to dispense the different sizes. The has the phrase "A stitch in Time Saves Nine" adorning it's surface. The length is just over 2 inches. It is not marked as to maker but I feel it was likely made in the USA. The bottom is marked "sterling" as shown.
