This Mirror is new and has been out of the packaging and never fitter. it's been in the cupboard for some time now and we have had a clear out. 18" long by 15"wide. It can be mounted horizontal or vertical as there are mounting holes in both directions. the frame has a hair line mark but no crack. it does has a few little marks on it nothing noticeable since being stored
