What we have is a very nice late 18th early 19th century authentic period half-pint pewter measure jug made in Newcastle upon Tyne. Raised on circular pedestal base this bulbous, pot-belly style measure jug has fillet around upper body and a fancy C-shaped handle attached to the body with escutcheon to upper attachment point and small tail left at the terminal. It is 4" tall, 2 3/4" wide and 3" in diameter at the base. Monogrammed with a crown and EE beneath it. In very good condition for being around 200 years old. There are no issues with the piece.
