A chair of this quality demands a great makeover with a quality fabric. I only use high end fabrics to give a bespoke quality feel to each piece. In order to comply with British Fire Safety Regulations 1988, all my re-upholstered furniture manufactured after 1st January1950 is re-upholstered using fire retardant material, or contains fire retardant linings such as barrier cloth or wool as a liner / padding.
