Pair Walnut Welsh Feathers Pugin Gothic Revival Chair Antique

A pair of early to mid c20th chairs. Walnut with green leather, carved central cartouche featuring the Welsh feathers. Very much in the Pugin, gothic revival style. Believed to be a bespoke pair, made for a government building in wales.
