Beautiful pair of antique WMF EP pewter bud vases dating to circa 1915. Each vase features an embossed Dutch countryside scene with figures standing beside a windmill, with additional landscape and sailing boat decoration to the reverse. Classic tapered Art Nouveau form with triangular bases. Marked to underside: “WMF EP” Approximate height: around 12cm each. Condition is good antique condition overall with age-related wear, surface marks, tarnishing/patina and oxidation commensurate with age. One vase shows heavier wear/discolouration to the base interior area as photographed. No major dents or cracks noted. A decorative and collectible pair of early 20th century WMF pieces, ideal for Art Nouveau, Jugendstil or Dutch-themed interiors and collections.
