The salt spoons were made in London by Thomas Harper and date to 1806. The hallmarks, on the undersides of the stems, are nice and clear to read. They show the lion passant for Sterling Silver, the London date letter L for 1806, the George III duty mark and the T H makers' mark for Thomas Harper.
