A good example of outsider art by Tom Quigley. I understand he was Irish and lived in Blackheath however I do not know anything else about him. As you can see, this is painted on board and is framed, it has a very abstract image with blocks of colour seperated by thick lines of green and blue - it is full of colour and imagination and a great image. It is signed on the back and has the year of 2005, titled 'Glister' and is signed. Tom Quigley was a 'regular' at exhibiting in the Royal Academy Summer Show.
