My Lady hand hammered pewter jug. Made by George Lee & Co in Sheffield (Circa 1929-1967) My Lady is a distinctive Art & Crafts or art deco look. This is design #724W. Circa 1930-1950 The design distinction is taller and more slender than the regular range. Bakelite ornate handle in perfect condition. All pins in place and secure with no wobble. Original sheen of Bakelite has dulled. Lid slightly raised when closed. (see pics) Slight depressed mark on edge of lid (see pics) Rest of item in excellent used condition. Inside needs clean if being used, but mostly for decorative use.
