A truly stunning and well made piece, this would have been made for an exhibition to show off the cabinet makers skill, it is an 1860 - 1880 Walnut partner desk, it has two cupboards and three drawers each side so two "partners" can share it, the top is a deep oxblood with gold tooling, it is one of the finest hides I have ever seen and is beautifully aged.
