Fabulous Model 1897 Waltham Gold Plated Open Faced Top Winder Pocket Watch (d.1908) This is great working condition with the odd mark & wear to the case and has faint hairlines to the enamelled watch face commensurate with its age & use. This Bond St Model, had a run of 500 in 1908 and the serial number is 16847546. It runs smoothly keeping good time and has an worn engraving to the underside. The case is 50mm in diameter (not including the crown) and has a top winder for changing the time and winding up. It benefits from a secondary dial for the seconds hand with ticks along nicely.
