The focal point of the piece is the suspended double-drawer unit on the right side. The edges of the smooth timber top are beautifully bound with fine-wrapped rattan trim. A striking and beautifully crafted mid-century modern writing desk (or dressing table) heavily inspired by the classic Italian Riviera aesthetic of the 1970s.
