A vintage mid-20th-century sugar caster featuring a clear glass baluster-form body. 18cm high. The glass is decorated with an etched grapevine and fruit motif above a fluted base. It is topped with a silver-plated dome cover, uniquely featuring star-shaped piercings and a turned urn finial. Displays an authentic aged patina. In very good condition overall, some chips to rim of bottle but this is not visible with top on.
