Liberty launched it's Tudric pewter range in 1902. See the sugar basin / porringer (without cabochons) on page 7 of the PDF, no 1 (page 63 of the catalogue itself). TUDRIC (although the 'R' looks to have been overpunched with a circle or the letter 'O').
