Japanese Sash/ Buckle with ornate flowers and reeds, Sterling Silver

This is a really nice old sterling silver belt buckle we bought from a collector. It is solid silver, not silver plate. We have just gently polished this up and it it really nice. It is in excellent condition and all of the parts work.
