A superb and authentic pair of Louis XVI style gilt bronze candlesticks signed Henry Dasson and dated 1880. The bases are clearly signed “Henry Dasson 1880”. Henry Dasson was one of the most respected Paris makers of Louis XVI revival furniture and bronzes in the late 19th century and supplied pieces of exceptional quality.
