Hempel IOC Desktop Maritime Nautical Compass Nice Display Item

This is a very nice desktop display item in the form of a Maritime Compass from Hempel IOC. I would think that it was originally a promotional item from the company. It is in very nice condition and comes in its original cardboard box.
