The covered dish has its inner tray as well as the lid and base. Made from Alpha plate the silver has worn to the base and sides showing brass beneath. However very good quality plate in the lid and inner surfaces, you will find a few marks scuffs and a very tiny dint looking closely. Considering age it’s in very good condition, is as shown please see photos as they complete the description.
