A very smart antique French giltwood window seat, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century, the seat upholstered in navy blue damask, above a carved frieze, raised on cabriole supports. The sprung seat retains a good firm springyness and the legs are solid. Some minor wear to gilding but in overall good condition for age. H54cm W96cm D44cm.
