It is a beautiful Georgian solid silver sugar shovel, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1807. Hallmarks:Birmingham mark, letter "j"-1807. The piece features elegant, bright-cut engraving on both the bowl and handle, typical of early 19th-century English silverwork.
