A very small glass bottom vanity jar with a sterling silver Foster and Bailey repousse top and a matching larger one. The same monogram of B on both among the Repoussé floral pattern. Marked F & B in a flag, with sterling and 1859 on the smallest one. The matching larger one has a patent date 1979. A mystery to me why this is 1979. See the photos for the measurements.
