These are Federal Vignettes from 1915, mostly used on interest-bearing notes. I dont know much about them They were in the Baltimore 2019 Spring Auction at Stack's & Bowers Galleries. Which is where the printed info is from.These vignettes are a unique collectible from the early 20th century.
