This Fabulous pair of Early 20th Century Chinese Bronze Water Buffalo with Scholars Astride are in great condition consistent of the Qing dynasty period in China, (1644 - 1912). Upon the beasts are fine archaistic Dragon designs, and Characters written in Seal Script, an ancient form of Chinese writing, upon the rear Flanks.
