A charming old needlepoint featuring glorious cottage garden at an English country home. This doesn’t appear to be a kit and was framed by Rossiter’s in Cambridge. James Rossiter was a printseller, fine art dealer, gilder, picture cleaner and frame maker. He died in the early 1900s and the business ceased trading somewhere around 1950, so this is an old original needlepoint piece.
