This is a large, well made Early 20th Century Silver Plate Caster. There are no initials or personalisation of any kind. The caster would have originally been designed for sprinkling caster sugar onto fruit or other desserts but it works equally well for sifting flour whilst baking or onto a work surface for rolling out pastry.
