Puce painted Derby mark to base of crown over crossed batons and the Derby 'D'. Dates to c1785. Rare Derby cup and saucer. Finely painted in the 'Chantilly' pattern (129) by William Billingsley with sprays of flowers, and gilding to the rims and handle by Joseph Stables.
