This is a great ANTIQUE COPPER SPIRIT KETTLE on a STAND by the well known manufacturer and retailer William Souter & Sons of BIRMINGHAM. In my estimation it dates from the late 19th century, but please make up your own mind about this. The kettle measures approx 7 1/2 inches (195mm) long by 7 1/2 inches (190mm) wide, by 9 1/4 inches (235mm) tall. It made from solid copper and brass. The kettle is in good, antique condition with light wear consistent with its great age. It holds approx 1 pint, there are no leaks, and it pours without dribbling. This is a fine example of its type, and it would make a great addition to any collection. Please see photos for condition & type. weight approx 730 grams. There is no reserve.
