A CHILD’s mid century 1950’s vintage Sputnik satellite woven chair. Slight loose gap at the bottom of the back. The right back leg is slightly shorter than the other so there is a wobble. A tiny amount could be cut off the left back leg to even it up, or the plastic foot removed and something glued inside to stop the leg going into it so deeply when replaced. There is no reason we can see for this-nothing appears to be bent or out of place. Reflected in price. Wear consistent with age to the framework and rubbing to the plastic at the back where the seat is attached to the base. Comes apart for cleaning or storage. Given its age it’s not in bad condition.
