These are delicious mini dorayaki, lightly sweetened and baked to a fluffy finish. Each piece contains 150 mg of calcium and 2 mg of iron. We use ferric pyrophosphate, which has improved absorption. An oxygen absorber is sealed in the individual packaging, so even after opening the large bag, you can enjoy them fresh until the expiration date.
