Book of Hours, Illuminated Manuscript, leaf, circa, 1500. Looks to have been framed in about the past 25 years, and has sign of use. A few dings in the frame, small scratches in the glass. The piece itself in good condition, two sided leaf, although I haven't taken it apart and can only assume it's more aesthetic side is showing. Framed with museum quality materials.
