This is a BEAUTIFUL VICTORIAN ANTIQUE 4 PINT COPPER KETTLE Mid 19th Century The kettle measures approx 10 1/4 inches (260mm) long by 9 1/2 inches (240mm) tall, and is made from solid copper with bronze handle supports and a bronze knob on the lid. It is in good, antique condition, with light wear consistent with its great age, but no major damage or repairs. The kettle holds approx 4 pints, there are no leaks, and it pours without dribbling. It is constructed in the traditional manner, with dovetailed joints along the back seam (see photos) This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great addition to any collection.
