This out-of-print book is an extensive survey on the important Swedish architect and designer Axel Einar Hjorth's furniture designs that spanned from Swedish grace to Swedish modern (functionalism). Axel Einar Hjorth was from 1926-38 head of the drawing office at AB Nordiska Kompaniet (NK).
