A stunning arts and crafts carved oak picture frame, complete with original blue & white watercolour, dated 1904. The carved glazed frame is decorated with foliage and flowers with a cartouche at the top with the 1904 date, the beautiful watercolour painting features entwined flowers and foliage reminiscent of a blue & white plate. The frame measures 45cm in diameter x 2cm deep and the painting is 26cm in diameter. It has a few small surface marks from age and use, otherwise all in genuine antique condition.
