Structurally great, have no worry there. Condition, needs a sand / repaint / varnish on top. It is not terrible, but it has aged, and a couple of areas of wood chip / flake. There is a groove cut in the plate under the seat. Please see the images. If you want perfect, please buy new / elsewhere. Having a clear out for family, lots of new listings. Prefer collection, but can post.
