This is a lovely art deco style twist action toothpick or grooming tool. It is hallmarked nicely at top of the toothpick. Assayed in Birmingham 1983 it was made by H Huntley & Sons Ltd. Beautiful engine turned decoration in what I believe is the acorn pattern.
