This was all hand turned from around 1900. A Sterling Silver Band that is engraved. It was then later Engraved & given as a Presentation Gift in 1941; Engraved- "Pres. To Ida D. Steiner. Apparantly this was given to the "Royal Matron" in the "Order of the Amaranth" In Which A Royal Matron is the presiding officer or leader of a local court in the Order of the Amaranth, a fraternal organization with Masonic ties.
