This is a lovely antique frame. Made from wood with gilt painted gesso plaster. It has a wonderful patina with a ribbed detail and a red and gold gilt finish and a timeworn shabby look. Please note that there are small areas of missing plaster and gesso, but this just adds to its charm and character and reflects it's long life. Whilst it could be restored, it has that perfect shabby chic look for a feature gallery wall and is a great decorative item. Hung landscape as shown, the width is 97cm, the height is 64cm and the depth is 4cm.
