This seems to be in working condition. I also carried out the plastic bag test and the dial moved. The dial is in lovely condition with crisp, stylized typography featuring red and black lettering for Stormy, Rain, Change, Fair, and Very Dry.
This product would be a great fit for collectors of antique watches.
