Antique William & Mary (c.1690) Walnut Oyster Veneered Lace Box

This is a stunning William & Mary lace box (1689-1702). It is a deep rectangular box. The lid is hinged and there is a lock and an escutcheon. There is no key. The lid when opened has a leather backing with oak inner planks.
