Has "FIB" in embossed lettering on the piece. Not sure who that maker was. "F2A is also incised on the pump body. Appears to be made mostly of cast iron. The pump chamber might be brass. This Antique Hand Pump on Wood Base is 22.5" tall, by 15" across, by 11-3/8" wide at the base.
