These are beautiful antique transferware plates. Based on the backstamp, this is the "Bewick" pattern manufactured by Wedgwood in Etruria, England. The maroon/mulberry color, the specific "Importé d'Angleterre" stamp (which was required for goods exported to France after 1891), and the style of the center landscape scene point to a production date circa 1891–1910.
