DESCRIPTION: A brilliant antique Victorian solid 15ct gold mourning locket, decorated with a black enamel and intricate hand engraved pattern. To confirm, the locket is solid 15ct gold, not a back and front locket. As to be expected with the items age, it isn't stamped/hallmarked but tests as explained. It opens/closes well and has its original innards on the inside. The inside has an inscription on the inside with names and dates. It weighs approx. 7.25 and the size dimensions are in the later photos. The enamel is in good condition for its age, with some minor marks but no major missing sections.
