A 19th century mahogany brass bound campaign trunk. With brass inset flush carry handles, and supplied with key. Constructed in quality timber, with extensive brass reinforcement. The key still with paper luggage tag with ink inscription, most likely relating to its final voyage. Dimensions:- Height - 45cm Width - 60.8cm Depth - 45.8cm Height with lid open - 85cm Lock operating as it should. With age related wear and tear as expected. Shrinkage cracks to the lid as illustrated.
