This is a lovely pair of antique sterling silver sugar tongs, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1931. The maker's mark is clearly stamped "P BROS" for Purcell Brothers, a known silversmith. They feature an elegant bright-cut engraving with a delicate feathered pattern along the arms.
