Not my expert field but I have traced this pepper mill/grinder as William Hutton & Sons, showing a hallmark year of 1895/6. Lovely cut glass bowl showing a few light chips as expected. Bit wobbly on its base but nothing much. it seems to grind perfectly well but needs some TLC and a polish by someone who knows what they are doing. Priced accordingly.
