Very rare silver purse top with odd marks for England, London 1765-66. No makers mark. 5 1/4 in wide repousse & chased with a pair of mythical creatures (wings of a bat, tail of a snake, body of a horse, bird legs with 3 digit claws, head of and eagle, eating pomegranates from branches). 3.10 Troy oz/96g.
