Antique Silver Plater Tantalus with 3 x starburst & fan cut glass decanters. Early 20th Century Tantalus, no makers mark. The base of the tantalus is covered in a green velour (upper), which looks like the original covering fabric and the under base has been replaced with green felt (see photos).
